At LawnWorks Supply, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you expected. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy—with Free Return Shipping!

How to Initiate a Return

If you’d like to return an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order:

1️⃣ Email us at sales@lawnworkssupply.com with your order number and request.
2️⃣ We will provide you with detailed return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
3️⃣ Ship the item back for free using the provided return label.
4️⃣ Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund and notify you via email.

💡 Important: To receive a full refund, returned items must be in "Like New" condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.

What Qualifies as "Like New" Condition?

✔ No visible signs of wear, damage, or use.
✔ All original packaging, manuals, and accessories included.

❌ Items with visible wear or damage from use will not be accepted, and no refund will be given.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please:

📸 Take photos of the damage immediately upon delivery.
📩 Email the photos and order details to sales@lawnworkssupply.com on the day of delivery.

✅ LawnWorks Supply will cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.

🚨 Important: Keep all original packaging for damaged or defective items, as they may be needed for return processing.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email or phone to avoid return shipping fees.

  • Orders canceled before shipping = Full refund.
  • Orders canceled after shipping = Processed as a return and will receive a free return label under our 30-day policy.

Additional Return Policy Notes

  • Some vendors or products may have unique return policies—these will be noted in the product descriptions.
  • Certified pre-owned or used products are not eligible for returns.
  • We only sell to customers who intend to use items for their full economic life. One-time-use purchases (e.g., trade shows, conferences, promotional events) are non-refundable.
